A spicy-sweet sauce made from selected spices and fermented soybean paste. Use to accent marinades, roasts, and stir-fry dishes, or as a condiment. Product of China.

Ingredients

Sugar, Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Garlic, Dried Sweet Potato, Salt, Colors (caramel, Fd&c Red No.40), Modified Corn Starch, Sesame Paste, Spices, Salted Chili Peppers (chili Peppers, Salt), Acetic Acid.

Directions

Shrimp with hoisin sauce. Stir-fry 1 tbsp. minced garlic and 12 oz. shrimp for 2 min. Add 4 oz. each diced green and red bell peppers, 2 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee® hoisin sauce and 1 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee® oyster flavored sauce; stir-fry for 1 min. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
