      Made with stone ground corn & sea salt. The authentic Mexican chip. Totopos are known to have originated from the Mexican State of Oaxaca, created by the Zapotecos people of the Ishtmus of Tehuantepec. In the Mexican culinary tradition, Totopos are a thicker corn chip that has been toasted, fried or baked, and prepared with a nixtamalized corn masa.
