Directions

Cooking Directions: 3 Easy Steps: 1. Mix 5 tbsp of LA Chicken Fry Batter Mix in 1/2 cup of ice cold water. Dip chicken into batter. 2. Coat chicken in remaining dry LA Chicken Fry Batter Mix. 3. Deep fry chicken at 325 degrees F until internal temperature is 165 degrees F and until golden brown. 9 oz. of LA Chicken Fry Batter Mix coats approximately 3-4 lbs. of chicken.
