Cooking Instructions: Microwave: 1. Submerge 6 - 8 potstickers in water for 10 seconds. 2. Place potstickers in a microwave safe dish. 3. Microwave for 2 - 2-1/2 minutes on high. Cooking time may vary depending on microwave. Pan-Fry: 1. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the fry pan at medium heat. 2. Put in frozen potstickers and fry for 2 minutes or until the bottom turns golden brown. 3. Pour 2 tablespoons of water into the fry pan and cover. (Please use caution when adding water to hot oil as oil will pop). 4. Adjust the heat from medium to low for 3 minutes or until water evaporates. Deep-Fry: In hot oil (350 degrees F), cook frozen or thawed potstickers for 2-1/2 - minutes or until golden brown. (Please use caution when frying as water or ice on potstickers will cause popping in the hot oil.) Soup: Add frozen potstickers to any boiling soup stock and cook for 3 minutes or until tender. Serving Suggestions: Combine soy sauce and rice vinegar to taste. Add a few drops of sesame chili oil to create a tangy dipping sauce.
